Who will deliver my order?

All deliveries are through the Royal Mail, by Special Delivery™ Next Day service and should be with you within 24 hours of despatch.

Very occasionally airline flights are disrupted by fog, extremely bad weather or as at present by volcanic ash. If we are not able to get product out, we will contact you by telephone or e-mail to make alternative arrangements.

How are delivery charges calculated?

All deliveries will be a combination of 2kg and 10kg boxes.
The Royal Mail charges relevant to this are:

Under 2kg box costs £8. This box can take up to 1kg of product as we have to allow for packaging and ice pack.
Under 10kg box costs £22. This box can take up to 8kg of product as we have to allow for packaging and ice pack.

For example:

If you would like to order 9kg of product, delivery cost will be £30 (10kg box + 2kg box)

Can I specify the delivery date?

You can choose the day you want delivery to be made, but please note we can only deliver only on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday or Saturday, and that someone needs to be present at the delivery address on the day of delivery.

For orders made at the weekend and on Monday (before 11am), the first available delivery date will be Tuesday.

For orders placed after 11am on Monday and before 11am on Tuesday, first delivery date will be Wednesday, and so on for our other delivery days.

If you will not specify clearly delivery date, orders received before 11am, Monday – Friday will be delivered next day, orders received after 11am on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be made on Tuesday.

What happens if my order does not arrive?
